Ridgecrest Landing Apartment Homes is a 58-unit apartment community. Our residents can choose between one and two bedroom apartment homes. All apartments are developed as single story. We offer extended month-to-month rental agreements, or term leases to better suit our residents.
The apartments are clustered in groups of four units to a building, featuring a more intimate setting and scale. Personal storage rooms are attached to each apartment unit for convenient storage needs. Each apartment comes equipped with built-in dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas oven, garbage disposal, as well as central air conditioning and heat.
On hot desert days, our residents may refresh at the centrally located swimming pool. The swimming pool has changing rooms, baths and an outdoor shower area. There is also a shady grassy area. The complex also features carport parking and two coin operated laundry facilities.
In addition to professional off-site property management, on-site management with over 20 years experience on the property aim to meet the needs of all residents, creating a comfortable personal environment for our community.

Ridgecrest is a friendly little desert town located at the southern end of the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is home to the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station that is involved in support missions to our nation’s defense department.
With a population just under 30,000, Ridgecrest is centrally located between the popular Mammoth Mountain ski resort to the north, Los Angeles to the south and with a few hours driving time to the Pacific beaches and the glitter of Las Vegas. In a 3 hour drive you can reach Mt. Whitney (the highest point in the contiguous United States) and the Badwater area of Death Valley (the lowest point).
Just a few of the popular activities include 4-wheeling, off-road and dirt biking, flying and gliding, hiking and horseback riding, golf, photography of the stunning desert vistas, and white water rafting on the beautiful Kern river located an hour away.
Big and Little Petroglyph Canyons
The most notable feature in the nearby area is the Coso People rock art in Big and Little Petroglyph Canyons. The Coso People were prolific artists and traded with distant tribes using tools crafted of stone. Archeological recovery at coastal Chumash sites in California indicates considerable trade with the Coso People.
The Maturango Museum
The museum is best known for the guided tours to Little Petroglyph Canyon on China Lake Naval Weapons Station (NAWS). The Museum offers exhibits and displays featuring both the natural and the cultural history and diversity of the Northern Mojave Desert with exhibits of plants, animals, Native American artifacts, geology and contemporary arts and crafts.
